Alice Underwood is a dance filmmaker and photographer with a specific focus on movement led projects and the arts.

With a background in contemporary dance, Alice was able to develop a unique filming style due to a specialist understanding of movement. Alice has made dance films with a range of choreographers, dance companies, artists and arts organisations across the creative arts industry and within the community, documenting dance work in the studio and for stage, creating trailers, promotional content, short documentaries and screendance works and finding innovative ways to capture the essence of emotion and expression. When it comes to community projects, each endeavour presents unique opportunities to connect and collaborate with different groups of people, address varying social and health issues, while promoting the importance of dance and inclusivity for all.
